Ancient Discoveries (Mon, 10PM-11PM, History Channel)
This week's episode of Ancient Discoveries is entitled "Ancient Super Ballistics," and if that doesn't sound awesome to you, then we don't want to know you. It's about the history of ballistics, and features firearms experts testing ancient weapons for speed, accuracy, and power.

Nova (Tue, 8PM-9PM, WHYY & WLVT)
The venerable PBS science show takes a look at the Cold War-era plans of the US and USSR to militarize space. The program features insights from astronauts involved in the US effort, and an examination of a Soviet spy station with high-powered cameras and a cannon that could knock out enemy satellites.

Dinner: Impossible (Wed, 10PM-10:30PM, Food Network)
Chef Robert Irvine comes to the area (Hershey, PA to be exact) in this episode and is challenged to include chocolate in every course of a five-course gourmet dinner, which is being given to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Hershey Kiss.

20 Greatest Oscar Moments (Thu, 9PM-10PM, VH1)
VH1 performs their countdown, clip show magic, this time on the Academy Awards ceremony.

Knight Rider (Sun, 9PM-11PM, NBC)
The long-awaited TV movie sequel to the original series about David Hasselhoff solving crimes with the help of his amazing talking car, KITT. This time KITT is a Mustang with Val Kilmer's voice, and he teams up with an ex-army ranger (Justin Bruening) to find his vanished creator (Bruce Davison). The Hoff reprises his role from the original show in a cameo, and Deanna Russo and Sydney Tamiia Poitier also star. Oh, and we hear KITT can transform now. You know, like a Transformer. Sweet. We can't wait. Knight Rider was like our favorite TV show of all time.

Dinosaurs Return to Life (Sun, 9PM-10PM, Discovery Channel)
Dinosaurs do what you say?! Yes, this is a show, hosted by a real paleontologist named Jack Horner, about how genetic engineering is making the possibility of pulling a real life Jurassic Park more likely.
