Thanks for the tip, Bonzombiekitty. Easily found. I've always wanted to descend into the bowels of the city via the tunnel system but seeing as how "9/11 changed everything", to do so these days would probably put me at far greater risk of being disappeared.

Although I'm at work and can't check it to be sure, there might be a youtube video of the station. Do a google search for "PATCO franklin square station" and it's like the fifth link down.

Lol, Jim. Ghosts, zombies....squatters, anarchists, you know... I haven't taken PATCO in a while but the times I have and have caught that quick glimpse on the left coming back over the bridge, I like how it's preserved like a time capsule. Clean, no graffiti, etc. I've searched many times for some good pictures of the station but have never found any. Any ideas?

phillybits: It's exciting, but also kind of disappointing. I like going by the creepy abandoned station. I'm always hoping I might see a ghost or a zombie in there.

I like the idea of running a line up and down Columbus Ave. They already have track in certain parts, and it will help keep traffic down that will invariably become a nightmare due to the casinos.
