The day has arrived, and in a few hours, it will be time to [responsibly] imbibe alcoholic beverages with the staff of your favorite blog. A blog that just happens to be the 47th-most important blog in the universe. (That's why we're throwing this little shindig!)
Meet us downstairs at St. Stephen's Green at 6PM tonight for:
- Open bar featuring well drinks, house wines, and selected drafts (until we close our tab).
- $3 Yards and Lager drafts once the open bar's through.
- Delicious snacks lovingly prepared by the awesome folks at St. Stephen's of both the vegetarian and carnivorous variety.
- Your chance to meet all your favorite Phillyist contributors!
So, come on up to Fairmount for a good time, and perhaps a toast to Douglas Adams and that math genius at Carnegie Mellon who's responsible for the whole she-bang.

One Final Update: The staff at St. Stephen's just informed us that the bar carries the NFL network, so if you want to stick around after happy hour and catch some of the Packers/Cowboys game (love 'em or hate 'em, this one's important), we're sure the good folks at the bar would be more than happy to have you. We're sure that a few Phillyist staffers will be there, too.
