What's new and/or interesting on TV this week.

All-Star Holiday Spirit (Mon, 9PM-10PM, Food Network) - The Food Network stars - including food nerd Alton Brown, freakish bird-woman Giada De Laurentiis, the hated Rachael Ray, Ina Garten, Tyler Florence, and obsessive lush Sandra Lee - prepare holiday party dishes. Should be a good time!

Charlie Brown Christmas (Tue, 8PM-9PM, ABC) - The 1965 classic, accompanied by a behind-the-scenes making-of special hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, and featuring an interview with "Peanuts" creator Charles M. Shulz.

Shrek the Halls (Wed, 8PM-8:30PM, ABC) - Hey, it's a Shrek holiday special! Shrek, Fiona, and the kids try to celebrate the holidays as a family, but things quickly devolve into chaos when Donkey, Puss in Boots, Gingerbread Man, and others stop by. The voices are all provided by the original stars - Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy, and Antonio Banderas. Could this be a new holiday classic??

College Football: Rutgers at Louisville (Thu, 7:30PM-10:30PM, ESPN) - You should be at our party Thursday night, and not at home watching football, but here's something you can tape/TiVo to watch when you get home. Also look out for tons more college football action on Saturday, and the BCS Bowl Championship Series matchup selection special on Fox at 8PM Sunday night.

Kathy Griffin: Straight to Hell (Thu, 9PM-10PM, Bravo) - A new Kathy Griffin stand-up special; this time she's in Chicago. The above note still applies, however.

Tin Man (Sun, 9PM-11PM, Sci-Fi) - Part 1 of 3 in the much-anticipated miniseries from Sci-Fi. It's a weird, post-apocalyptic update of L. Frank Baum's Oz stories, starring Neal McDonough, Zooey Deschanel, Raoul Trujillo, and Alan Cumming.

Last Laugh '07 Starring Lewis Black (Sun, 10PM-11PM, Comedy Central) - One of our favorite comics, Lewis Black, takes a hard look at the best and worst moments from the past year. Expect lots of yelling.
