Last year, we told you what we like to do with our Thanksgiving leftovers. Others take the leftover turkey and make soup or pot pies. Some eat hot turkey sandwiches for weeks.
We'd imagine that the week after Thanksgiving isn't a good time at establishments like Bassett's Original Turkey or Boston Market, because, let's face it, it'll be at least a few weeks before anyone is ready for turkey again. But we've gotta eat something between Thanksgiving and Christmahanukwanza. And what we want to know is what's your favorite non-turkey meal in between the holidays (or, alternatively, what's your favorite way to eat the leftovers)? Leave us a comment and help us through the next month!

I use the stuffing to fill mushroom caps.
My favorite non-Thanksgiving foods are chicken or veal piccata, chili, and I make a great filet mignon over egg noodles with a creamy paprika sauce (you find the recipe at epicurious. Easy and delightful).
Mmmmm... red meat.
Why doesn't anyone ever make a Thanksgiving side o' beef?
