A tall, icy glass of our favorite internet junk, just for you.

- Feeling a bit sick? Maybe from eating all that candy last night? Don't worry: Basic Instructions will tell you what to do.
- And speaking of Halloween candy, how about a quiz on the trivia of that very subject? We got only one answer right, so we think we should spend the rest of the day eating candy. You know, to study up. (Via Sarah)
- Dude: Invisible Tank! In. Vis. Ible. Tank. INVISIBLE TANK!!!
- We read this post from Nerd World about League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Black Dossier with only one eye open, for fear of spoilers, but he seems to have been pretty good about not including any. Regardless, definitely scroll down and read the excerpt. Extremely clever, and extremely funny.
- Fans of Heroes, despair: the planned spin-off series, Heroes: Origins, has been shelved, at least partly due to fear of the writers' strike.
- Fans of Joss Whedon, rejoice! Fox just ordered seven episodes of a new Whedon TV show called Dollhouse which will star one-time slayer Eliza Dushku. It sounds pretty cool, too: "Dollhouse follows a top-secret world of people programmed with different personalities, abilities and memories, depending on their mission.
