A steaming hot pile of our favorite things from around the internets.

- Here are 20 comic covers on which Superman's secret identity is revealed. Most of them, of course, involve him in some state of undress. (Via)
- The internet is home to many strange, pathetic, nerdy, ridiculous, hilarious things, and this is one of them! Enter your IP address to hear a woman moan it at you, as if in the throes of ecstasy. Beware, however: the sounds and the accompanying picture (though it includes no actual nudity) are probably NSFW. (Via)
- Here's Blender's Hot Report for 2007, featuring "the 100 hottest bands, babes, biopics, blogs, and NSFW YouTube clips in music."
- Did you know somebody made a short film version of Oedipus wherein all the characters are played by vegetables? Yeah, we didn't, either, but the world seems like a better place now that we do. (Via Sarah)
- YouTube just added ads to their videos, and there's already a Firefox add-on that gets rid of them.
- Bah ha ha! Another great USB accessory. Seriously, you just need to click through and look at the picture.
- D'oh. Turns out Ian Rankin's story about J.K. Rowling working on a detective novel was just a joke. We are sad now.
- Ooh! The new episode of Star Trek New Voyages is now available for free download online! The episode, with the great, classic-sounding title "World Enough and Time," stars George Takei and was co-written and directed by Marc Scott Zicree, who wrote episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine.
- Finally, a reason to buy a Tony Hawk game: Tony Hawk's Proving Ground for the Xbox 360 will include a five-song demo of Guitar Hero III.
- Wired just put up a ton of stories about Penny Arcade, and Game|Life has all the links.
- Game|Life - like everyone else, it seems - loves BioShock. And the review is so positive, even this Phillyist, who hates creepy first person shooters, is tempted to purchase.
- This supposed footage from the Halo movie, while of rather poor quality, is still pretty impressive-looking.
- The Movie Blog has a nice little list of movies whose end credits contain extra footage that you should hang around to watch.
- Business Week has picked the biggest bombs of this Summer movie season and they are Evan Almighty and Stardust.
- Cinematical has put together their list of the 25 Best High School Movies of All Time. This Phillyist is not a fan of high school movies, but these are supposed to be the best, so maybe we should give them a try. Besides, as you know, we can't resist a good list.
- We've never really gotten into the whole Metal Gear franchise, but even we were at least curious to see the trailer for Metal Gear Solid 4, so we thought we'd pass along the link to you folks.
- TV resurrections! They're bringing back American Gladiators, and The Price Is Right will be returning for a rather unbelievable 36th season, with Drew Carey as the new host, on October 15th. God help us all. (Via Jason)
- MTV and MySpace are partnering up to offer one-on-one, live, web-casted dialogues between Presidential candidates and America's youth. "The events will take place on college campuses nationwide, air on MTV and mtvU, be webcast live on both MTV.com and MySpaceTV (http://myspacetv.com)." Although we definitely like this concept... we can't help but think it's also a recipe for disaster. (Via Jason)
