A steaming hot pile of our favorite things from around the internets.

- Seth Rogen is going to write and star in a feature film version of The Green Hornet. Wait... Seth Rogen? Knocked Up guy? WTF?! That ain't right, people.
- They're releasing an 160 GB external USB hard drive for the PS3... in Japan.
- Harry Potter 7 finally comes out at midnight tonight! You better believe this Phillyist has his pre-order in and his wristband ready, saving him his place in line. Meanwhile, we have a couple of final pre-launch links for you: looks like The New York Times has already reviewed the book (bastards!). Meanwhile, Nerd World's resident Potter expert discusses whether Potter fandom will end with the end of the series (we're betting no - that's what merchandising is for!).
- Here's a bunch of pictures of the hot girls who will be at Comic-Con, and in hot outfits, too, looking hot. Don't say we never gave you anything. (Via)
- Joystiq got to play the new Katamari game, Beautiful Katamari, for the Xbox 360. It's got online multiplay - co-op and competetive. Sounds cool.
- Guess what got nominated for an Emmy? The WoW episode of South Park! Nice.
(As always, there's more after the jump...)
- Legal troubles in the world of entertainment! Silicon Knights, maker of the much delayed game Too Human, is apparently blaming Epic Games for said delays, and suing them for inadequacies in their Unreal Engine 3. Meanwhile, Microsoft is facing its own lawsuits over the Xbox 360's tendency to scratch game discs. And in movie legal news, Halcyon, new owner of the rights to make Terminator 4, is suing MGM for trying to "disrupt" their attempts to do so.
- Oh, and not all of Microsoft's problems are legal in nature. Their Xbox division posted a $1.9 billion loss for their fiscal year ending on June 30. They blame most of the loss on issues customers were having with "the Red Ring of Death" on their consoles - but claim they'll be profitable soon anyway. Riiiight.
- Teens are apparently dropping email and moving to social networking sites like Facebook to do their communicating. Crazy!
- Nice: Second Life now has its own replica of Dante's seven circles of hell.
- Check out the first pic of Tom Cruise in costume for Valkyrie. Tee hee! He looks like a Nazi pirate.
- Seeing the words "Rosario Dawson" and "Porno" together in the same sentence is pretty exciting, but sadly this article is just about how Dawson will likely end up playing Miri in Kevin Smith's upcoming film Zack and Miri Make a Porno.
