What the Deuce?

poo.jpgFriday this Phillyist was sipping Strongbow in her new 'hood, enjoying the fact that everyone else had left for the shore and there was plenty of elbow room at the bar. Filed under Captain Obvious was how satisfying it must be to drop a deuce at Deuce. We laughed with our friend and made it the running joke of the night every time one of us got up to break the seal.

We really do have the sense of humor of a 12-year-old boy. But that's okay, because so do authors Josh Richman and Anish Sheth, who recently penned What's Your Poo Telling You? According to this article, these guys have written an entire tome around time-honored phrases like "soft-serve" and "sneak attack," which we can only assume is a synonym for silent-but-deadly. You have to love a book that answers the all-time existential crisis, "Like a snowflake, each poo has a wondrous uniqueness. But what does it mean?"

Don't be poo-shy. Get your very own copy here. We are planning on buying two. One for personal poo-detection, and another for our friend who once called us in the middle of the night to brag about pushing out an ampersand.

One person cannot "break the seal" multiple times in one night. The whole idea behind the term is that when drinking, for some reason, as soon as you pee once, you then have to pee much more frequently. Thus, the first pee when drinking is "breaking the seal." By its nature, it can be done but once per evening.
