The shapeless dough of the internet, formed into tasty pellets and baked to perfection, just for you.

- What was originally going to be a bongos-controller racing game for the GameCube is now coming to Wii with the title DK Bongo Blast, and it'll be controlled using the Wii Remote and Nunchuck. Sadly, it doesn't have a US release date yet (they get it in Japan on June 28, those lucky bastards), but in the meantime, you can watch some videos of other people having fun with it.
- The script for the new Star Trek movie is done, and the film is in preproduction (they're still casting), with actual production to begin in November.
- A rumor flew around the web yesterday afternoon that there was a film adaptation of the popular Diablo video game series on its way, due to a listing that appeared on the Legendary Pictures website. However, the Diablo listing disappeared not long after it appeared, so who knows what's really going on. Frankly, we don't understand why a Diablo movie wasn't already made and released back when everybody and his brother was playing Diablo 2.
- Next time your boss gets pissed at you when he finds you playing an online game at work, tell him you're just studying to be a better employee. New IBM research says that "online videogames help people become better corporate leaders by fostering skills related to collaboration, self-organisation, risk-taking, openness, influence, and communications."
- We're sorry we missed out on XPN's Sgt. Pepper event back on June 5th, but luckily for people like us, the radio station will be playing the whole performance on air during their Philly Local Show tonight at 9PM.
- Fellow denizens of web 2.0, there's a piece of legislation called The Free Flow of Information Act making its way through Congress right now that "would protect bloggers, journalists, and any other 'news spreaders' from revealing their sources." Yay, right? Well, the folks in the Bush administration say, "nay." It could cause a "security risk," they say. Plus, it could cause them to not have complete power over all citizens and information! Well, okay, they didn't say that. But, c'mon, that's what they mean.
- GamesRadar took a look at the teaser for Soul Calibur IV, and some of the character art from the more recent games, and noticed something: them boobs are getting really big! (Via)
- Check it out! Batman has a motorcycle in the new movie.
- An anonymous fellow claims to be blogging from the set of a movie adaptation of Stephen King's The Dark Tower. He says filming begins on June 22nd, and the director is JJ Abrams. We find it hard to believe this kind of thing could be this close to filming and nobody would have heard anything about it. You can't keep secrets like that in Hollywood. Still, we'll keep our fingers crossed... (Via)
- Rumor is that Jim Broadbent has joined the cast of Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods, and that he'll be playing a character similar to the late Denholm Elliott's Marcus Brody.
- Another rumor: Ridley Scott might be directing a film adaptation of the Monopoly boardgame. Wha?! We guess this could be true - weirder things have happened - but right now it just sounds insane.
- Aardman Animation has announced it's working on four new projects! Yay! One is an adaptation of The Pirates! book series, one is being described as "family friendly Tarantino," another is a mysterious film by Nick Park himself which could theoretically be a new Wallace and Gromit flick, and the last one is a Christmas-themed action movie.
- It's sounding like Bruce Campbell won't be in Bubba Nosferatu and the Curse of the She-Vampires. WTF? What's the point of making the movie then?
- Latino Review claims to have gotten their hands on a Voltron script, and further claims that is truly excellent. While this sounds vaguely unlikely, we're hoping it's true, because we'd love to see a kick-ass Voltron movie.
- Cinematical are reading some recent comments by Patrick Wilson as tacit confirmation that he will be playing Nite Owl in the film adaptation of Alan Moore's beloved graphic novel, Watchmen.
- A press release came our way revealing that a Spider-Man cartoon entitled, appropriately enough, The Spectacular Spider-Man will be coming to The CW in early 2008. The series will pick up at the beginning of the web-slinger's mythology. The talent involved is good: Greg Weisman of Gargoyles and The Batman fame is supervising producer and Victor Cook of Hellboy: Blood and Iron is producer/supervising director. (Via Toby)

None. There is none point in making Bubba Nosferatu without BC. Zero.
