Is That a Pith Helmet?

Phillyist caught this urban adventurer out for a stroll on Broad Street this morning and couldn't pass up the opportunity to surreptitiously snap a grainy camera phone pic. The photo circulated a little amongst some Phillyist staffers, and everybody who saw it had something to say. It was too good, we decided, to caption ourselves.
