What are you doing for the next few days? We are drinking, drinking, and oh, um, drinking. What better way to do that than while dancing to The Wailers? Though Bob Marley is no longer with us, The Wailers keep the torch burning by performing their popular hits, in addition to new pieces. New frontman Yvad has been described as bringing freshness and vitality to an already accomplished group, which includes original members Aston "Family Man" Barrett on bass and Al Anderson, who's played with everyone from James Brown to Peter Tosh.
Sharing the stage with The Wailers for the second day of Jam on the River are STS9, Dark Star Orchestra, John Butler Trio, and The Brakes.
It's gorgeous out and you don't have to work until Tuesday. It's time to "Lively up yourself and don't be no drag/Lively up yourself, cause this is the other bag."
