• Be on the lookout for a man wanted in the sexual assault Saturday morning of a young woman on Lehigh Avenue near Mascher Street, North Philadelphia. He's "a 5-foot-8 white man in his 30s with red hair, a black cap, black shirt and blue jeans." If you have any information, call police at 215-685-3251.
• The Philly police took drastic measures to try to stop the violence Monday night and put the Commissioner and all the commanders out on patrol.
