This Monday morning, I was at the ticket counter in Market East, preparing for some quality Regional Rail time. There's a Men’s bathroom to the left of the ticket window.
Now, I did not enter this restroom, but I can tell you that it had just been cleaned, as there were two station employees walking out of it with garbage bags and cleaning supplies. I can also tell you that if you're ever in stall closest to the door in there, and the door to the bathroom is left open, anyone with remotely functional peripheral vision will know. Because as much as I enjoy being shocked first thing in the morning, seeing a stranger's pants around their ankles wasn’t something I was expecting to see as I tried to buy my train ticket.
Moral of the story: Men, it is safe to assume that that particular bathroom will be clean around 10 AM on Monday mornings. But if you don't want the unsuspecting public to know what you're up to, choose a stall further from the door. Regional Rail ticket buyers, though it may be important for survival, fight your natural instinct to let your peripheral vision function during that time period.

Oh no. Pants. How traumatic.
I think it was more that I wasn't expecting to see someone going to the bathroom (I certainly wouldn't have been thrilled if it were the other way around). I should have made that more clear - but, you know, pants are pretty scary.
At least you weren't in the Atlanta airport.

Fidgets- Never read that blog before - but I just went through its archive and saw the picture that looks a lot like the one I used (by "a lot," I mean "it looks exactly the same minus the stall intruder"- well, in the case of digidigidigi, "stall intruders"). I didn't make that picture (which is why I put the image credit in), so no shenanigans here!
In the span of a few days, the Chairman of our rapid transit authority, among several other male citizens, have been arrested for engaging in sexual activity in them.
(the MARTA chairman continued to "finish himself off" even as he was being arrested)
