<description>&lt;p&gt;well... no, jill it wasn&apos;t hot. i consider it a sexual assault. 

i&apos;m no right wing sexually frustrated prude. but this is the same as a peeping tom, or a flasher, or someone taking a dump in your front yard. i have close friends with young kids who use those stairs. and this was in BROAD DAYLIGHT. 4pm!


the cops did come and we were lectured about bad parents and the direction of society. like WE were doing something wrong. Great. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;well, at least they weren&apos;t wet humping like they were in my neighborhood this saturday. 

No joke. I live in Manayunk near some stairs. There were two kids very loudly going at it right there in broad daylight, doggie style, with decent people walking around. 

We called the cops. They lectured us about how the parents are to blame. Thanks, cops.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
