Well... More or less, anyway...
It's a combination of the mummer's strut and that group dance that tons of people in what looks like a hotel ballroom perform on the local station late at night. I've been trying to get in on one of those sessions...
Personally, that's the dance I do when I really have to pee and am waiting for the subway.
