More after the jump...

  • We can't say we were a huge fan of the Death of Superman storyline in the comics (in fact, we thought it was pretty poorly written and a really stupid way for Superman to go out), but we're still pretty damn excited to hear that an animated movie of the story will be coming out on DVD on September 18th and will feature Adam Baldwin as Superman, Anne Heche as Lois Lane, and James Marsters as Lex Luthor. There will be adaptations and changes, and large subplots will be cut out, and for once, we're okay with that.
  • Sci Fi Channel's upcoming post-apocalyptic Wizard of Oz remake, The Tin Man, is just sounding cooler and cooler. Now they've got Richard Dreyfuss on board, playing what is apparently the Wizard himself.
  • On his return from the Wondercon this weekend - a San Francisco comic convention - Chris Kohler from Game|Life has put together a handy list of five things the game industry should do, and five things it shouldn't.
  • Characters from Star Wars, illustrated in steampunk style. Need we say more? Go, go! (Via)
  • List time: Ten Gaming Cliches, from Game Informer. Thanks, Game Informer. (Via)
  • Cinematical has a handy summer preview for us, stripped down to just the essentials: this is all the big movies coming out this summer listed by release date, and that's all it is. Nice.
  • We're one of those crazy people who actually like anime, but even if you actively dislike it, we still don't see how you could not be blown away by the trailer for Paprika, the latest film from the director of the amazing Perfect Blue. We'll definitely have to check this one out when it comes out on May 25th. (Via)
