The shapeless dough of the internet, formed into tasty pellets and baked to perfection, just for you.

- A little while ago we gave you the Invincible Super-Blog's summary of Civil War #7; now we present you with the entire Civil War #7, redone with completely hilarious new dialogue! Brilliant! Our favorite bits are probably with Thor, but it's all good.
- We posted some links to stories about the New York Comic Con yesterday, but today we found a gallery of photos from the event on Wired, and that means people in costumes, which is always fun.
- Here's something we missed on TelePhillyist yesterday - this coming Sunday Discovery will be airing a documentary by James Cameron called The Lost Tomb of Jesus, which is indeed about a tomb that could be the family tomb of Jesus of Nazareth - and one of the coffins also might hold the remains of a son of Jesus and Mary Magdalene named Judah. This isn't another lame Da Vinci Code tie-in special, is it?
- Yo, BitTorrent is going legit! They've just launched the BitTorrent Entertainment Network where you'll be able to buy legal, licensed downloads of movies and TV shows from various major studios. The sucky part is that the files are Windows-only and packed with DRM, and the TV shows are the only things you'll be able to actually own; for now you can only rent the movies. How do you rent a file, you say? Sounds like they're encoded to stop working after 24 hours. Uh huh. Some hacker is going to crack that right about... now. (Via)
- We can't say we're too excited about this first look at the new Michael Myers, from Rob Zombie's remake/reimagining/sequel/whatever. The picture could be from pretty much any one of the Halloween movies (except III, of course); there's nothing exciting to see here at all. Still, if you're ravenous for images from the upcoming film, by all means, click.
- John at the Movie Blog gives his suggestions for how to improve the Oscars. We generally agree with his ideas. Although we do love a good montage. (Oh, and apparently, he wouldn't change this.)
More after the jump...
- We really *heart* the first iPhone commercial. How many movies/shows can you identify? We think we saw "I Love Lucy," "The Honeymooners," The Maltese Falcon, A Streetcar Named Desire, American Graffiti, "The Flintstones," Back to the Future, Amelie, LA Confidential, Fargo, Meet the Fockers, The Big Lebowski, When Harry Met Sally, Zoolander, American President, and The Incredibles. - We usually delight in posting bad news for Sony, but we'll take a different tack and post a couple of items of bad news for Nintendo: first, the announcement that the Japanese government would sell its shares in Nintendo (about 1.4% of the outstanding stock) caused the stock to fall 2.7 percent on the Osaka Securities Exchange yesterday. Secondly, analysts are forecasting that by 2010, the PS3 will outsell both the Xbox 360 and the Wii - in fact, the Wii will be a distant third. That is, unless Nintendo can make their crazy strategy work...
- Some bored students at the New Jersey Institute of Technology decided to stomp out in the snow and ice an impressively large and accurate image of Mario in his Raccoon costume from Super Mario Bros. 3 (click through for a gallery of photos). Apparently the students gridded things out in advance with string, then appointed one guy the overseer to make sure the snow got scooped out of the correct parts of the grid. Wow. There's seriously nothing that can't be accomplished by a handful of bored college students.
- While we're talking impressive recreations of retro video games, check out this crocheted Atari 2600 and TV displaying Pitfall, complete with controllers, cartridge, and controller cables. Insane! (Via)
- Sci Fi Wire tells us there's another Hellboy animated movie coming to Cartoon Network on March 17th at 7PM (it's called Hellboy: Blood and Iron, and this time they fight an evil vampire lady), and that an even more official announcement about JJ Abrams and Star Trek XI is coming soon; apparently there's already writers picked out, a draft script completed, and a release date of Christmas 2008. Good stuff!

Did you see the first Hellboy animated movie?
Bits of it. Mostly the ending. It didn't look great, but it seemed okay, and I like that they're using the actors from the movie to do the voices.
A lot of the art and character design was really imaginative and fairly original (considering, you know, it's lifted from a comic book). Worth it just for the visuals, IMO. You can borrow it if you like.
Hey, thanks! I'll take you up on that.
