The shapeless dough of the internet, formed into tasty pellets and baked to perfection, just for you.

- We love the Gremlins movies - both of them! - so we're kind of sad to hear that if there is a third entry in the series, it will most likely be direct-to-video and Joe Dante won't be involved.
- Fangoria is starting their own film production arm! "We want to be the Disney of horror," says the company chief. Phillyist is going to go ahead and be cautiously optimistic about this; we look forward to their first release.
- Yes, it's another re-edited trailer - but it's very funny! And full of profanity! So, not exactly safe for work. Anyway, enjoy Glen & Gary & Glen & Ross. (Via)
- We actually kind of like the idea of Tom Cruise and Ben Stiller as grown up versions of the the Hardy boys in a comedy called The Hardy Men, even if it will be directed by this Shawn Levy guy. We'll keep an eye on this one.
- Cinematical has the full list of films at this year's South By Southwest film festival in Austin. Damn it. Why can't they hold SXSW a little closer to us sometimes?
- Jeff Bridges just joined the already pretty awesome cast of Iron Man as "a confidant and close business associate of Stark." We're not as familiar with the comic as we'd like to be, so we're not sure who that is, but we're getting more and more excited about this movie. Jeff Bridges rocks!
More after the jump...
- Oh, man, if they really could put together a movie starring Dolph Lundgren, Jean Claude Van Damme, and Chuck Norris... wow. That could be a sensation the likes of which we haven't seen since Snakes on a Plane. Hopefully Lundgren can make this happen, because we'd love to see it.
- We just recently saw F for Fake, a really fascinating documentary by Orson Welles that mentions the actual real series of events chronicled by the upcoming movie The Hoax, so we're even more interested in seeing it than we would have been otherwise. But we would have been pretty interested anyway, because it's directed by Lasse Hallstrom and stars Richard Gere, Alfred Molina, Marcia Gary Harden, Stanley Tucci, Hope Davis, and Julie Delpy. Here's the trailer; see what you think. (Via)
- So, we're confused. Is Dan Aykroyd involved in the production of a Ghostbusters video game, or a computer-animated Ghostbusters 3 movie, or both? Maybe it's time to just sit back and wait for the official announcements...
- Drawn! has pointed us toward a super-cool blog of monster illustrations called Monster Brains, which recently featured a bunch of pictures of Lovecraft monsters, including the big daddy himself, Cthulhu. Awesome.
- We have a release date for Indy 4! Or, at least, a release month: May 2008. It's looking more and more like this is really going to happen! Woo hoo!
- Select members of Southwest Airlines' Rapid Rewards frequent-flier program can now get a Nintendo DS Lite and a copy of Brain Age to play in-flight. Nice! Although, c'mon. We would have already brought our own with us.
