The best of the internet, squirted out in flavorful neon globules, just for you.

- Cheer up, folks - the worst day of the year is already over! (Via)
- Gemotion is a new type of screen for projected video that actually bulges and collapses in synch with the graphics on it. It's real 3D! That's kind of cool, but also kind of creepy... (Via)
- Sigh. We have to add a new blog to our already crowded RSS reader. It's ThingsMyBoyfriendSays.com, and it is surprisingly funny. Check it, but don't be drinking anything while doing so, or you risk a noser. (Via Sarah and Amy)
- Ghost in the Shell, the classic, totally sweet, surprisingly cerebral anime film about violence, naked ladies, and robots, could get turned into a live action film! Good stuff.
- Heh. Get a First Life. Heh heh. Apparently they have the blessings of the Second Life people, too. (Via)
- The Wii is the official gaming console of Six Flags, which means you should be able to play it for free at select parks soon.
- Mortal Kombat on Wii!!! We can't wait. The special moves and fatalities, which had become long lists of impossible to remember button and control pad combinations, are now managed by simple motions of the Wii remote. Even your grandmother can do it!
- But the Nintendo news isn't all good. The Q1 2007 release schedule for the Wii looks pretty sparse and barren to us. We're looking forward to Wii Play, but...that's about it. Don't screw things up again, Nintendo! Keep strong! (Although, rumor is Super Paper Mario is coming out for Wii in April, and that will hold us for a good long while.)
- Vista's coming in less than a week! Time to start talking about what's wrong with it.
- Dude: FREE MP3s! Do we even need to say anything else?? These aren't songs by chumps you've never heard of, either; we're talking folks like David Byrne & Brian Eno, Spoon, Sufjan Stevens, Aimee Mann, The Shins, Kristoffer Ragnstam, Josh Ritter, Robbers on High Street, and the Annuals, and that's just to name a few. Get to downloading, folks! (Via Editor Jill)
