- Rumor is there might be a Battlestar Galactica movie in the works - based on the original series. Oh...okay. Well. That...might be fun, we guess...
- Another cool poster for Grindhouse has been released. April can't come soon enough!
- Sony's Blu-ray edition of The Descent doesn't play in ordinary Sony Blu-ray players - you just get a blank screen - although interestingly enough, it plays fine in PS3s. Oh, Sony. When will you learn? And when will we stop delighting in cackling at you?
- Speaking of Blu-ray, it looks like the next-gen media format war between Blu-ray and HD DVD is already over, as Warner Bros has just announced that they've developed a disc format called Total HD that will play in both Blu-ray and HD DVD players. "Screw you guys," said Warner Bros. At least, we imagine them having said that, and in a Cartman voice and everything.
- Another tech company whose gaffes we delight snickering at is Microsoft, so when we saw this article we had to share it with you all. Turns out when you count up all the time during which known threats existed and no patch was available, Internet Explorer was vulnerable to attack for a total of 284 days in 2006 - that's more than 9 months!!
- Kevin Smith has a cameo in the new Die Hard movie. Heh heh. Cool.
- Been debating whether you should pick up a copy of one of EA's recent hit video games? Well, time to stop debating and buy, friends, as the prices are dropping as much as $30 as of today.
- The Darwin Awards are morbid and in questionable taste, but we can't help passing along the link to the 2006 winners. (Via)

- Who doesn't love a Rube Goldberg device? We know we do. So check out this video of an actual, real-life, super-complex Rube Goldberg device for pouring a beer. It's totally fantastic and amazing, and probably our current favorite video on the internet. (Via)
