Another year has come and gone; this, then, marks the beginning of the New Year's Resolution season. According to a bunch of random websites that likely use a lot of science in calculating things, like this one, Americans' top New Year's resolution every year is to lose weight. Most people would agree that the key to weight loss is diet and exercise. The exercise, you can't help us with. We'll leave that up to the folks at our gym. But we're wondering what your favorite diets and diet foods are. (Hint: if it starts with "Atkins," your body is slowly eating itself, and we're not planning on joining you in your endeavor.)
But seriously, do you follow a diet plan? Only eat steamed fish and veggies? All celery, all the time? Does the old-fashioned low-fat, low-cal diet work just fine for you? Have any recipes you'd like to share?
Come on, folks. Day two of 2007 and we're already unsure how to go about this! (And we really need it, given what we ate on vacation.)
