<description>&lt;p&gt;Unless it&apos;s a small, owner-run store (ie, not nation wide, no corporate office), they probably can&apos;t hire people until right before Thanksgiving. That&apos;s how retail works. It&apos;s not up to Store Managers to decide when to hire people - generally, holiday help gets brought in at the last minute. No, this shouldn&apos;t make it okay for people to accidentally break a customer&apos;s purchase, but I&apos;d be willing to bet that the people working in the store are just as frustrated (if not more) than those shopping in it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
