Raw around 13th and sansom has amazing sushi and really good and inventive special rolls... though it aint cheap.

Hasn't Oasis been closed for a while? When I'm in the mood for lots of sushi, cheap, Ajia on the Walnut side of the Left Bank (32nd-ish and Walnut) has all you can eat sushi for $23 or so. Quality certainly isn't outstanding, but nowhere near bad enough to make for questionable consumption. Nara on 40th, somewhere beneath Walnut, is rather better, especially if you want authentic-style seating (optional), and is concurrently more pricy.

I like Aoi. Oasis on Walnut is also good - but still on the pricey side.
