<description>&lt;p&gt;A former Philly resident now living in from DC which looks poised to win the World&apos;s Most Hetero City category, I&apos;m not sure what people were thinking when they nominated either city!  I can&apos;t help but wonder if these stats will show up on brochures handed out around DC at some point in the future.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
