Once in a while, Phillyist readers ask us really good questions. We try to answer them, when we can, or refer them to the right sources, if we have them. But we've noticed that some of our sister sites do this on their sites. And some of our sister sites' readers give great feedback. So when a reader recently reached out and asked us a question we weren't sure how to answer, we thought we'd open it up to you, our readers. The question is:
I know this is a long shot, but figured I would throw it out there. I am looking for a vintage-type neon sign. Something similar to the old Buster Brown signs, or a Vegas type of sign to hang in my place. If you have ever seen the movie She's the One by Ed Burns, his brother has a similar type piece in his loft. Any help you can lend in finding a place which offers anything like that would be greatly appreciated.
What about it, Phillyist readers? Short of knocking over your local diner, do you know where to track down a neon sign? Leave us a comment if you do. And hey! If you've got a question that you'd like other readers to answer, why don't you ask us?

Now What?

just do a google search for used neon signs.
Have you tried the Yellow Pages? Look under signs.
