We've heard tales of black market, underground networks, where shady people in dark alleys who dress in trench coats with high collars and jeff caps pulled low on their heads so all you see is their yellow, beady eyes glowing back to you from the dull lamplight (yeah, pretty much all of our knowledge about the underworld comes from old Warner Brothers cartoons) will tell you where to find whatever sins you seek - for a price. Or, you can just turn to LiveJournal, where someone recently started "Philly in Teh Shadowz," a ken-like community where users ask one another which bars don't card, and what stores have lax security measures.
Phillyist is sure the whole thing is tongue-in-cheek, as it seems unlikely the real delinquents in this town would risk exposing themselves (or their haunts) so casually online. And if it's not - hey - how unsafe can it be? We're pretty sure Joe Law is too busy focusing on MySpace these days to even cast a glance LJ's way.
