Because, somebody found 'em. A young boy - who looks to be between 8 and 10 years old, 4'7", 80 pounds - was found on the 5700 block of Rising Sun Avenue on Saturday in a sleeveless blue T-shirt and black flip flops. Then, weirdly enough, another boy was found just yesterday around 60th and Chestnut (follow the link for a picture). This one also had a blue shirt and flip flops on. Both are now in the care of the Department of Human Services.
Um...this is a rather odd new epidemic for Philly to be experiencing. But we guess it's better than shootings!
