  • Paul makes a good point, but...it's kind of distracting that he makes it as his Pee Wee Herman persona. We kind of half-expected him to do that silly laugh of his at the end, just to cap it off... (Via Mike)
  • Check it out, fifty cartoons you can watch online for free! Yeah, they're Canadian cartoons, but try not to hold that against them. (Via)
  • The Amazing Screw-On Head is a new animated sci-fi/action/comedy series on Sci-Fi Channel based on a comic book by Mike Mignola (that's the guy who created Hellboy, btw). It's described as a "hilarious send-up of Lovecraftian horror and steampunk adventure" in which the titular character is a bodyless head that's the top spy for Abraham Lincoln. It's also got a villain named Emperor Zombie, a machine gun-toting monkey, and the voice talents of Paul Giamatti, David Hyde Pierce, and Molly Shannon. We're not sure, but we think this cartoon was created for us. Follow the link to watch the 22-and-a-half-minute-long pilot episode, which is not quite as awesome as we'd hoped, but is very promising. And funny. (Via)

  • Backwards City decided to make this past weekend a Bruce Springsteen/YouTube weekend for some reason. Here's the sum-up post, loaded with links to many, many videos of Bruce rocking out. Nice.
  • The producer of "Battlestar Galactica" apparently gives up some secrets about next season in this interview. But we don't know for sure, because we were too afraid to read much of it. No spoilers for us! But we did read enough to make us very, very scared. Oh, our poor beloved "BG" characters - what will they do to you next? (Via)
  • Dudes, check out this awesome video of a booster rocket falling off the space shuttle. No, it's not the one you've seen before; this one is from the booster rocket's perspective. (Via)
