  • Ever seen a monkey riding a bull? Well, click here and you will have. You can thank us later.
  • Chris's Invincible Super-Blog takes a break from comic-reviewing to do a little book-reviewing: Chuck Norris book-reviewing! ISB's hilarious, hand-illustrated summary of Chuck Norris's new Civil War novel The Justice Riders, starring Ezra Justice, is something you really have to read for yourself.
  • In Japan, you can buy pretty much anything you can think of out of a vending machine, a fact which has made us highly envious for some time now. Thankfully, those crazy Japanese vending machines appear to finally be making their way to the US - in this case, it's the Sony Access, a machine that sells, amongst other things, PSPs and blank DVDs. Sweet! Sadly, we'll have to wait a bit longer for them to make it to the East Coast; the machines are so far only available in malls in Atlanta, Boulder, and Santa Rosa. Sigh. So close, and yet so far!

  • When will people learn! You should never build anything on top of an Indian burial ground - not even a launch pad! The Air Force made this mistake, got themselves rightfully cursed, and almost nothing has launched successfully from the spot since, despite a rumored attempt at a blessing ceremony. Boeing was scheduled to launch a rocket carrying a top secret satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office from the pad yesterday. Let's hope nothing went wrong. Well, unless that's a satellite they're planning to use to spy on ordinary citizens, in which case we hope it crashes and burns.
  • More Snakes on a Plane goodness! This time it's a 30-second teaser trailer. Enjoy! (Via) Speaking of teaser trailers, don't miss the brand new and pretty intensely exciting one for Spider-Man 3.
  • Check out this cool video, and even cooler pictures, of huge numbers of European starlings flocking together in strange patterns. In the video, they nearly take out a tree! You know, somebody should make a movie about birds flocking in huge numbers and attacking people... Nah, on second thought, it'd never work. (Via)
