- Debbi Fitzpatrick, the estranged wife of a former Philly DA, conned people in a rather inventive way: she got them to give her money to fund a performance of "The Phantom of the Opera" at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Doty and his friend saved the animal, but where it came from and how it got there is still a mystery. Doty suspects it was thrown from a car, which is apparently a growing problem. Thrown from a car? People are throwing dogs from cars now?! WTF!

Man. People are messed up.
