- A local 13 & 14 year old have been arrested for being at the center of a crack-cocaine ring in the Frankford area of the city. Kingpins just get younger and younger these days.

- There's new leadership at the Zoo. The good news? He's got loads of business and financial acumen. The bad: he "doesn't have any firsthand experience dealing with wild animals or the people who care for them."

- Rocky is coming back to the Art Museum, sort of. The Stallone statue will be re-located to the Parkway lawn near the steps Rocky made famous, a move which is getting a mixed reception.

- The Dad Vail Regatta is this weekend - so make your travel plans accordingly: Kelly Drive will be closed during the race.
