Blogged Around Philly

We don't know if there's something in the water, but (not to put too fine a point on it), "poo" seems to be a running theme on Philly blogs this week:

  - The lunabomber decides that giving Film Festival offerings a score of "1 out of 5 bananas" wasn't enough, and also awarded it his "PU Poopy award."

 - Banana Slug invites us all to "sling some poo" and

 -Apartment 2024 shares stories about papaya, prunes and poo.

- Only Partially Insane rants rhapsodic about My Bling Bling, or as we like to think of it, "Streetwalker Barbie." Correct us if we're wrong, but isn't street slang declared officially dead once it's been appropriated by marketing execs to sell sparkly gewgaws to little girls?

- Akkam's Razor weighs renewing his Flickr account against possibility of privacy loss when documenting your life online.

- An out-of-towner poses the inevitable question to the Philadelphia Livejournal Community: "dear philadelphians, why are your bus drivers insane?" The ensuing comments then go on to suggest the insanity isn't limited to our public transit professionals.
