<description>&lt;p&gt;Yup.  Because UT kicked Penn&apos;s ass this weekend during the NCAA tournament, and UTD&apos;s team seldom does anything.  Also, the UT system is a public system like the Cal system -- lots of schools, lots of cities, and not like the University of Pennsylvania, the deceptively named private university.  (I apologize for being a pain in the ass.)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Not to get too technical, Jim, but as a Texan I feel I should tell you that the University of Texas is what we call the main campus in Austin.  The Nanotech Institute is at UTD -- that is to say, the University of Texas at Dallas.
