Fun and interesting stuff on TV this week.

House (Mon; 8PM; Fox): This week the grouchy, limping Dr. House has to deal with increasing pain in his leg, as well as a 15-year-old supermodel with memory loss, double vision, and inexplicable violence issues! I bet they'll get along splendidly.

24 (Mon; 9PM; Fox): Jack ignores orders to follow a lead on a terrorist? But that never happens!

Monty Python's Personal Best (Wed, Thu; 10PM; PBS): The first two parts of a new six-part series highlighting the cast members' favorite sketches from the classic British comedy show "Monty Python's Flying Circus." The first episode is Eric Idle's favorites, and includes the immortal "Lumberjack Song." The second episode is the surviving troupe's favorite work by the late, great Graham Chapman and includes the dead parrot sketch. This is LOL comedy and is not to be missed.

Battlestar Galactica (Fri; 10PM; Sci-Fi): The action swings back to the Cylon-occupied colony of Caprica so we can see what Starbuck's lover Anders is up to, and Lucy "Warrior Princess" Lawless returns as a Cylon leader in the latest episode of the best show on TV. Even if you don't usually like sci-fi, and even if you hated the original "Battlestar," you need to watch this show. Burn through the first season on DVD, buy the rest off of iTunes, and then turn this episode on Friday night.
