Night of 1000 Plays

comedy_tragedy.jpg
Scheherazade may have told 1001 stories over 1001 nights, but could she have put on a Night of 1000 Plays? Not likely. But between February 13th-24th, they'll be doing just that at The Playground at The Adrienne (2030 Sansom Street).

In all fairness to Scherherazade, you won't actually see 1000 plays during Night of 1000 Plays; but you will be treated to dozens and dozens of three-minute (or less) shorts; as many as they can cram into an hour and a half. You'll have to go to both parts 1 (Feb. 13th - 17th) and 2 (Feb. 20th - 24th) to see them all, but just think - with this many plays under your belt, you'll be well ahead of your "high culture" quota for the year.

Night of 1000 Plays
Part 1: Feb 13th - 17th
Part 2: Feb 20th - 24th
The Playground at The Adrienne (2030 Sansom Street)
$14.99 Mon - Wed
$19.99 Thurs & Fri
