<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, Nertz, they would have been out of business long ago because of the bloated management structure.  With practically one manager per regular employee, it&apos;s a wonder anyone is able to get paid.

And it&apos;s incredibly unfair to call them &apos;over paid union thug employees&apos;.  Without the union, the employees would have lost paid maternity leave and sick time during this last strike.  While certainly some SEPTA employees are surly and unpleasant, thuggish?  Not quite.  I have no clue if they&apos;re overpaid or not, but it&apos;s not really a job I&apos;d want to have.  Dealing with the general public sucks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Why the hell do their vehicles other than buses have Municipal Government plates on them?
