Philadelphia Gets An Honorable Mention

Phillyist loves our fair town so much we'd like to parade through the streets yelling, "We're number 1! We're number 1!" but in this case, we're pleased as punch to run around screaming, "We're number 18! We're number 18!" You see, Philadelphia has been named as the 18th most liberal city in the United States.
